Each rug is hand-tufted to order in Memphis, TN. Allow 2–4 weeks for production plus shipping time. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

All orders ship via UPS with full tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking number once it's on the way.

Because every rug is made to order, we do not accept returns. If your rug arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
