Refund policy

All of our rugs are made to order by hand. Because each rug is custom-crafted specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

If your rug arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at rugsbydj@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will remake or refund at our discretion.

Ready-to-ship rugs (non-custom) may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, unaltered condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

We take quality seriously. If something is wrong, we will make it right.
