Yes! Fill out the Custom Order form and I'll get back to you within 48 hours to talk through your idea, size, and pricing.
How long until I get my rug?+
Every rug is hand-tufted to order in Memphis, TN. Give it 2-3 weeks for production, plus shipping time. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it ships.
How much is shipping?+
Free on US orders of $75 or more. Every order ships with tracking, and you'll get an email with your tracking number once it's on the way.
Is there a deal if I buy more than one?+
Yes. Buy 2 or more rugs and you get 10% off automatically at checkout. No code needed.
Do you accept returns?+
Because every rug is made to order, I don't accept returns. If your rug shows up damaged, contact me within 48 hours with photos and I'll make it right.
