All rugs are handmade to order. Production times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Custom orders require a clear description of the desired design. RugsbyDJ reserves the right to decline orders that infringe on copyrighted or trademarked designs.

All designs created by RugsbyDJ remain the intellectual property of RugsbyDJ unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund.

RugsbyDJ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
