Shipping policy

All of our rugs are handmade to order in the United States.

Production Time: Custom rugs take 2-4 weeks to produce depending on size and complexity. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is in production and again when it ships.

Shipping Time: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days via UPS or USPS.

Free shipping is available on all orders over $150 within the continental United States.

International Shipping: We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. International shipping times vary by location.
